Principal 2022

Dear Parents/Caregivers of Holy Rosary School,

I have been advised by the Executive Director of Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA), Dr Debra Sayce, that the process to appoint a new Principal at our school will begin early next year and involve significant consultation with the staff, the School Advisory Council and Monsignor Fr Paul Boyers.

Following this consultation, the principalship will be advertised widely with shortlisting and interviewing taking place prior to the end of Term One. Monsignor Paul and a representative of our School Advisory Council will both be important members of the formal appointment panel. This process will enable the successful applicant to begin his/her principalship at Holy Rosary at the beginning of Semester Two 2022.

I have been informed by Dr Sayce that in the interim (i.e. Semester One 2022), I will continue to be the Short-term Principal at Holy Rosary School until the newly appointed Principal begins next July.

I am honoured and excited about continuing to lead Holy Rosary School until a suitable, substantive principal is appointed.
